ok so none of that stuff worked... i was so fed up with it that i started to take the heads off and i noticed that one of the rods poped a hole in one of the rocker arms. it was still pushing the rocker arm but it wasnt enuf to fully open the valve. replaced the rocker arm and it ran like a champ.!!!!! thanks guys for all your help
