I have a 700r4 trans out of my smallblock s10 and I also have a th350 out of a 73 nova. Either transmissions will be rebuilt, just wich one? Ive got a 383 in the works and am going for 400-500 tq and hp. Wich trans would be better to put back in my s10?  

Well i found out that instead of the 350 its a 2 speed powerglide. what should i rebuild?????? anyone? yes?  

I would rebuild the 700r4 if you have any intention of running on the street in todays traffic conditions. There rebuild kits to make that tranny capable of more than 800 hp and you get the ability to run bigger gears with the over drive fun, fun!!!  

700r4, unless its a pure drag truck then powerglide it.
