THE LIGHT STAYS A SOLID GREEN BUT IT WONT FLASH. BUT WHEN I TURN THE HEADLIGHTS ON THE LIGHTS TURN ON BUT THEY WONT BLINK FOR TURNING RIGHT. THE LEFT WORKS JUST FINE.... ANY IDEAS?!!!! A WIRING DIAGRAM WOULD BE HELPFUL PLEASE  

Sounds like there's a problem with the wiring between the flasher and the turn signal.

Without a wiring diagram, here's some advice. Look at how everything is wired for the left turn signal (which you said is working fine) then look at the wiring for the right turn signal, and see if there's anythign different. If there is, that's your problem, and just fix it to mirror the left turn signal wiring.  

if you have not fixed this problem, sounds like you have a bad bulb that is feeding back through the brake switch.
