Hello, could anyone tell me what is the standard size (diameter) of the pistons in a 350ci small block first generation?
Thanks

Bore size from 67-69 was 4.001", from 70 on was 4.000". This is from an engine spec book that I have. Don't understand all I know about that thousandth. Stroke remained at 3.48 so I guess the early ones were a hair bigger.

That thousandth is trivial, all you need to know is the factory 350 bore is 4.0". Accuracy to the nearest thousandth should be dealt with by the piston manufacturer and the machinist honing your block.
