I would like suggestion how to increase towing speed/power to stock 1995-350.

Aside from going to a lower rear gear, a better RV cam for your motor meant for towing will make a big improvement. Since your '95 has a flat tappet cam, going to a hydraulic roller cam will make a big improvement. Do a total valvetrain upgrade, springs, pushrods, timing set, rocker arms, etc. Combine that with a performance computer chip tuned for the cam from Hypertech or Superchips.
