I have a 85 chevy custom deluxe with an lt1 dropped into it. i have a problem with the alternator not charging the battery and now the truck will not start. we have rewired a few things and made sure that the wires are back where they are supposed to be. im lost on what i need to check. there is no spark in the wires either. does anyone have any kind of advice?

Have you tried to change the alternator out?

yes i changed the alternator, battery, etc.
nothing seems to work
there is also no spark to the plugs.
