HI,I Have A 12Bolt Posi With A Casting No 1141544-17 and a Ring Gear No.4.1-1-11923648B And Need Help to Know What application This would Be Used For. Thanks For any Help.

The word "application" in this sense is a little strange...
Do you mean the vehicle it was originally equipped on?

That's a tough one to answer, because the 12-bolt rear was used in Novas, Chevelles, the Camaro, El Caminos, Impalas, trucks, and not just Chevy stuff.
What type of springs is the rear set up for, leaf or coil? That'll be the first clue as to what this might have come out of. After that, you need to find the casting date on the rear end housing, that'll help narrow it down some more.
