bump
i need this soon... also, it has to do alot of highway driving in the future, i'd also like a 4:10 or 3:73 gear for it... would be nice to get the pair together, im running a comp 292H in my BBC and it needs to not slip on the highway... thanks!

i understand that, but if someone has a used one laying around i would rather help my homies out than go to a corporation. maybe this forums is different... on my OTHER forums i can post a thread asking for a part and have 10 people offer it up. its a way of circulation. i give you money for a part you have laying around, and you end up better off, and so do i. maybe this isnt like that... oh well. so much for the forums eh???
anyone POSSIBLY wanna do business??? i'd like to get it from a friend than from a corporation.
thanks.

ok. so since i cant find one for what i want to spend, i have decided to take the easy way out... im going with a different cam until i get a gear and a converter... im going with a crane blueprint 396/350 horse cam... should stand up and burn holes in the ground... until 5 grand. i wanted the 292, but hey. mileage is more important on the long haul. i guess i'll just wait until i get there to do the cam/gear/converter swap... then she should be unbeatable. thanks anyway guys!!!

ha new plan. again. since i only have 6 weeks until florida, and not enough money to finish the chevelle, im going to build the motor, break it in on the test stand, and then disassemble the long block into a short block. put the heads in the truck as well as the block and all the related hardware. tow dolly the car to florida and finish it there. so... i'll still need the 4:10 gear, and now i'll need a posi too. also the converter. but if this forums isnt a jump up and help the members site, i'll find another way. thanks guys.
