in drive the trans makes one shift must be 1st to 3rd because when it does shift i pull it in man.2 and it rpm climbs so it must be 1st to 3rd, ive got the modulator valve vac conn to back of edelbrock carb where pw brakes go.the line has 18" of vac whats the deal, gov. maybe once again can manually shift and makes every shift..
