i have a block with #3932386 located on the back drivers side of the block, i bought the chevy interchange by Ed Staffel it says that it a 69 302,327,350. on the front tab VO8OoFB the small o may be a 9, then next to that 19U115802. so i thought it was a 327, but could it be a 350 ? i don't have the heads . if anyone could help me figure out the way to identify these numbers, i would be grateful, then maybe i could do it on my own. thanks bill

V= Flint plant, 08= August, 09?= ninth day, FB= 69, 327, 235 HP, 2 BBL, powerglide, fullsize. The casting number confirms this and is for a large journal 327.

So, you've got a good block for a moderate performance build. And with it being a large journal block, you've got more crank options.

Chevy used that block in 1969 for the 302, 327 and 350. The difference is in the crank stroke.
