Can an HT-383 with its factory roller hyd. cam be emission legal for a 1998 1-ton duelley? What size injectors would be a good starting point?

If you have the first HT383 that came available it has a low duration cam for low end torque, great for emissions. You might be able to use your current injectors and recalibrate your computer for more pulse width for the injectors.More fuel pressure may be required, look into a adjustable regulator.Call some OBDII specialist on this matter also. Yes, the HT-383 is emissions legal, so you've got no problems there.
On the injectors, they should be able to keep up with the 383 after a computer tune.
