Im building a high out put engione for the first time in an engines class im taking and i need some help picking parts I need info about good performance heads and cams that go good together money is not to much of an issue also any recomendations on the bottem end parts would be appriciated I am looking for the highest output possible without a blower or nitrous set up this will be a street/strip vehicle

Need more info. What size engine? Big block or small block? I'm assuming its a chevy engine since this is a CHP forum. What vehicle? How much stall convertor? What size rear gears? There are lots of variables to consider when building an engine. The more details you can give, the better.

sorry bout that its a 350 small block which i might bore to a 383 i dont have a specific vehicle for it i am lookin for a trans am to put it in most likily i will be a standard transmission gearing is unknown i would like to have alot of low end torgue and a high of 5500 to 6000 rpms for longevity
