The T0204CTK makes me want to say it was made on feb 4th and is a 1974 400. can't find anything on the other numbers.

The T02004CTK.
T is the plant
0204 means February 4th date
CTK identifies the engine and transmission. I don't know what CTK is.
12R536598 is the car type and number in sequence.
Try to find an 8 digit number on the back of the block

It's not racing unless there's dirt in your beer.

According to Nastyz28, their list shows three uses for CTK 1)72 307ci auto 130hp 2bbl used in A F or X bodies
2) 74 400ci auto 4bbl in a caprice/police,taxi
3) 78 305ci 145hp 2bbl in F X bodies
The rest is Tonawanda plant on feb 4th. The cast number on the bellhousing flange may help narrow it down some but it looks like it's not a 350.
