Yes I know its messed up I don’t have the 3.8 turbo in it but that’s how I got it. It was a high school grad pres from my father. My dad owned the car and put a 1988 Camaro, low compression 350 set up for possible turbo.  I’m going to basic training soon and when I get done with that I want to put twin turbo on the 350. The engine is also carburated.  Can anyone give me there opinion on the project and or some advice on how I should go about doing it?

With twin turbo I'd suggest converting to fuel injection for better performance.

For a turbo engine, you'll need to make sure the bottom end is built up enough to handle the horsepower and boost. This means forged pistons, heavy duty connecting rods, high quality rod bolts, either four-bolt mains or a main girdle to strengthen the bottom end. If you're gonna run a lot of boost I'd also recommend using head studs instead of bolts for better cylinder sealing and strength.
