My car is a 69 rs/ss camaro with headlight washers.I thought that this was part of the rally sport package on 69's.

What you've got there is option CE1, headlight washer, cost of $15.80. Mike Antonick's Camaro White Book says the option was standard with Rally Sports, but only 115 cars were built with the option, so it must've been popular to delete this since almost 40,000 RS cars were built in '69.

Do you think this is an even more unique feature with the car being a 69' RS SS with 29,000 original miles, numbers matching, 396, 375 hp, four-speed, with original hugger-orange paint on the car still in great condition,(as in gloss still on car)? It also still has the factory atrak in it, and the interior still has that new car smell. It still has the original tires and wheels also. It also has had only 2 owners; my dad's best friend bought it new, then my dad bought it from him in 1985 for $9,000. I guess I'm just trying to find out just how rare this car is!

I would consider this car pretty darn rare.I don't know actual production numbers, but i'm sure there werent many rs/ss cars with the 375hp/396(L78)option.If you have the build sheet and the car is in very good shape I would guess it could be worth close to six figures.
