i am buying a 383 stroker out of a suburban and it runs 11 seconds in the suburban. what will my monte carlo run and how muhc horsepower about would you say it has?

it is a 1984 monte carlo with a full 305 exhaust and headers

Without knowing more of the specs on the 383 (heads, cam, intake, etc.) it's pretty tough to make a horsepower guess.
