You're being pretty vague, too vague to really determine a useable camshaft...
So, the heads are unmodified? Have the valve springs been changed? What kind of gears are you running? Stall converter? What kind of driving are you going to be doing? Etcetera, etcetera
You need to tell us a little about what you're building here so we can at least get somewhat closer...

Make sure you say what it's going in too, a car, truck, 4x4, and what kind of driving you will be doing.

Yes I do !!! I owned a 67 RS/SS Camaro with 454 , 4:11 rear gears , dual plane intake , 750 Classic carb with 72 primaries - 80 secondaries with a 4 speed and ran consistant 12 teens (Slicks and un-corked). When I bought the car there had been no head work done on the oval port heads , same stock heads that came on this 1972 police interceptor motor. I bought the car from my good buddy and he had installed a 304 duration 560-561 lift crane (Jegs doesn't show this cam in current issue but they still offer) solid lifter cam (Called a "Blazer cam) with stock rockers. I had to adjust this cam constantly until I got smart and purchased a good set of poly locks and then just had to check once a year and after high rev's would have been ok leaving the adjustment alone. This cam has a good lope around 900-1000 rpm and someone will have to show me a better all around street cam , still looking for something similar for a small block but I seem to keep picking out the "Monsters" cause they sound so good. There's no way you go wrong with this cam , I ran it for years and would consistanly put it on guys with big hydraulics or other brand solids..this cam wants to rev and would also work really good with a 3500 stahl as found out from the guy I sold it to and with the stahl ran a best 11:82 @ 112 mph.

this is my first engine so i might need a lot of pointers but the heads are unmodified, i want to put it into a 2wd truck for the street, i dont know how to choose my gears or converter but im assuming i need a tire and wheel size. like i said its my first so any info and help will be much appreciated. the engine is stock, the heads have 113 chambers and the pistons are flattop.
any tips should help i just want to make it all work together the first time
