I have a 90 Chevy p/u with 447,000 miles on the original 350 TBI that has never been into in it its loosing power.I plan on building a 383 to replace it with.I want to keep the TBI unit on it and need to know if any fuel mods. are needed.The specs. for the engine are as follows: 5.7 rod,Speed Pro flat top pistons,LT4 cam(203/210@.050,.476/.479lift,115degrees lobe separation),matched springs,Flowtech headers,Edelbrock aluminum heads w/60cc chambers.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your probably going to need some stronger injectors. Other than that you may need to re-program your computer for the fuel needed to feed the beast.

Do you thing that the injectors from a 454 SS will do ok?

I HAVE A 92 1500 WITH 514000 AND HAD THE SAME PROBLEM OF POWER LOSS. REPLACED THE EGR VALVE, TBI INJECTORS AND A CRUDDY FUEL FILTER. RUNS LIKE NEW AGAIN.

Yeah 454 ss injectors should be good,,,,,,,rememeber though the brain is going to need a tweek.

Thanks for the info.You wouldnt know where I might could get some info on a chip for the 90 chevy pick pu do you?And again thanks for the help.Any help I can get is greatly appreciated
