I have a 69 camaro and thinking of switching my 350 engine to a ram jet or 383 stroker. which one is better for horsepower and mpg? Should I keep the original engine? This is my daily driver for now. Please let me know if anyone can help

The larger displacement and the assumed lack of fuel injection with a built 383 stroker engine will mean less miler per gallon. For a car that's driven everyday I'd go with the RJ350.
