Hey you guys and gals i need some advice on a project my neighbor is selling her 95 camaro it has a v-6 with about 133k miles on it the car is in good shape it has the ram air hood with the rear spoiler and i wanted to know how much trouble would be to drop a v-8 in it mean a real v-8 400 ci or better is it worth the trouble? I mean or should i go with something older like a monte carlo or what have you any advice is greatly appreciated.

Lotta time and money 2 do it right, makin all the indash goodys work like there supposed to.Youd have 2 get a block new enough to have a crank sencor 2 accomidate the ECM for the TPI(probably end up with a crate engine). Then do some homework finding the parts to fit the engine 2the car.Old school way is cheaper, but with that car not realistic.Youd b evading the ECM and most of the wiring.None of ur indash would work, maybe speedo, but dought it.The 86'n older Monte's are a good choice,as are all the rear wheelers GM made 86'-back on a budget.
