im just wondering if im running to low of octang gas will it make my engine ping really bad . and when i retard the timming to stop the pinging it diesels when i try to shut it off ![]() is this another problem from the low octang im running 11.88 to one compression

There is no way to run nearly 12 to 1 with pump gas. Even the best octane improver won't cover that.
